Board-Certified Veterinary Dentist in Houston

If you are in need of a cat or dog dentist in Houston, you have come to the right place. While our mission is to provide veterinary dental health care for our companion animal patients, we are also active participants in the evolving educational processes in veterinary dentistry.

This includes education for clients seeking veterinary dentist services as well as veterinarians and veterinary technicians who want to become more proficient in veterinary dental health care.

Dr. Todd McCoy is a board-certified veterinary cat and dog dentist in the Houston area. His special interests are periodontal disease, endodontics, and oral surgery.

Meet Our Veterinarians

Todd McCoy

DVM, DAVDC
Dr. Todd McCoy is a board-certified veterinary dentist. He completed his undergraduate studies in Biology and Archaeology at the University of Houston where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biology in 1995. He graduated from the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999.

Scarlett Green

DVM
Dr. Scarlett Green earned her bachelor’s degree in biology at Henderson State University in 2016. She graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. After graduation she completed a small animal rotating internship at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists.

Andrew Penn

DVM
Dr. Andrew Penn grew up locally in Pearland, Texas. He received his bachelor’s in biomedical science from Texas A&M University in 2014 and was granted his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in early 2020 also from Texas A&M University.
